Mohammed launches 'Noor Dubai' initiative
The following is a translation of Sheikh Mohammed's speech at the launch of 'Noor Dubai' at the Madinat Jumeirah on September 3, 2008. The speech was delivered on his behalf by Chairman of the Dubai Event Management Corporation Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
