UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum led the UAE endurance team to victory in a hotly-contested endurance race run over 166km at Euston Park in Britain today.
Following Sheikh Mohammed home in second place was Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, with Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum crossing the finish line in third.
The race came as part of the UAE endurance team's preparations for the World Endurance Championships to be held in Kentucky, USA in September, where they will be led by Sheikh Mohammed.
Competing in the race over five stages were 25 endurance riders representing Arab and European countries, in addition to American and Australian participants.
